another try

I did set up the new vault as "id-vault" - same errors.
Meanwhile I'm coming to the conclusion that the problem is not the name/file name of the vault but the ID-files. I suspect the ID-files are expected to already reside in the vault but this is not possible as the vault isn't populated yet. I cannot see in the documentation why it didn't get populated ans/or what to do to populate it.
